E-mail Server Software Details

High speed business hosting on RedHat Linux dedicated email-hosting server, with Qmail transport email for sending & receiving emails for faster & secure mail transition.

 

Anti Virus

Antivirus scanning by Mail Scanner & CLAM Anti-virus Each mail is scanned by the anti virus engine to ensure a clean mail delivery to the users. In case of Virus content in E-mail sent the email is deleted. Anti virus signatures are updated every hour 24x7x365 to keep the system ever active.

 

Control Panel

Web based e-mail administration control panel for creating email users and managing them. E-mail forwarding/Auto responder, POP3 services and SMTP authentication services to allow receiving and sending of e-mails from any popular client or mail exchange server.

Group Emailing

If out of 500 users say 50 are allocated to a particular project say: project1 then you can create an alias say project1@xyz.com. Whenever the client or any body in the organization wishes to contact all these 50 users a single email sent to project1@xyz.com will copy the email to all the 50 users.
